Hi, People of the world

I was wanting to take this opportunity to say to everyone who feels unhappy or like they are not good enough, good looking enough or that there is something wrong with them.

There isn't anything wrong with YOU, no one is the same, everyone has a different story, everyone life is different and with all the pressure of being the perfect something whatever it is.... Well that is WRONG  you shouldn't have to fell bad about being yourself or feel like you have to justify yourself to everyone.

Instead you should concentrate on being the perfect YOU as there is only one of them and there no one to judge you by out of all the people in the world there is only one you, so you can be the perfect one and that doesn't mean everything in life has to go your way or be right, who cares if you screw up? Everyone does from time to time it's only normal and no one is perfect 100% of the time.



Everyone has had that experience of going to some important event or party and they have the most enormous spot appear a day or so before the event is and you end up going to whatever it is and all you can think about is that damn spot that just insists on coming along and wont just disappear. So you spend the whole time worrying if any one has, will or going to notice it and point it out or say something or take a photo of you with it and you not realise will it be all over the internet?

Wouldn't you rather be having fun enjoying it and focusing on having fun and making new friends or just being with friends because I know I certainly would we have far to many pressures in everyday life then to go adding to them and anyway we have all been there done that got the flaming t-shirt to boot.

We need to have conversations more about mental health and how it affects people and how they can get help. Make it a more open topic not something that shouldn't be discussed or addressed and less of something to be brushed under the carpet or just told to get on with it.

Just remember everyone reading this that you are the PERFECT YOU!!

Hi Guys Hope you are all doing well,

Well, today I thought I would talk to you about Discrimination and how it needs to stop.

 There are many forms of discrimination and all of them bad, it damages peoples lives sometimes beyond repair (I know that sounds extreme but it's true, it can in some cases). It doesn't matter what it is. It could be race, disability, age, religion, sexuality or many other things. In most cases no one chooses the way they are, some are born that way or because of an illness, disease, an accident or circumstances out of there control.

It seems unfair to judge someone because of something they have no choice over and have to live with for the rest of there lives knowing that people will look at them differently or treat them different, call them names and be bullied for something that is not there fault.

All anyone wants really deep down in is to be accepted by people, that is hard enough on it's own for anyone but for people that are discriminated against it's even harder. It can very lonely when you think no one accepts you or likes you for who you are plus for example if you have some kind of accident and you become disabled, not only do you have to deal with the fact your whole world has changed but the fact that possibly your friends might not all of a sudden be friends or you lose other relationships because of it and it becomes isolating and very lonely, when you need people the most.



That's a lot to deal with all at once, just imagine how you will feel, if that was you? How would you feel? I imagine you would not feel all that good maybe depressed. On the flip side imagine if that was you how do you think that would make you feel if everyone suddenly abandoned you
just when you needed them the most? There person themselves have not changed they are the same person as before just they need more support and help at times, all that has changed is your behaviour towards them. Is that fair?

Judging people for the colour of their skin, Just doesn't seem right we are all made up of the same stuff all have the same parts that make up or bodies. We can all do the same things, achieve the same things. It doesn't matter what colour our skin is we are all the same on the inside. It is just or attitude towards each other, that spoils it and it may only be a few, the majority of people may not care what colour your skin is. I know there is more to this problem then just that and from what I know it has a lot to with what happened in the past and yes we made mistakes in the past maybe it's time to say we are sorry and what happened in the past may not be what us in the present believe. For some it might to deeply imbedded in them for them to except that we are all the same and we all have to live on this world together, so we better make the most of it.


We should all stand together to stop discrimination of any form

Hi there guys,

I have had this thought/ idea floating around in my head a little while now and it involves you guys in some way or another.

So what is this idea, I hear you say? Well I am just getting to that part. My idea was to help spread the word about charities or organisations  that don't always get that much promotion or attention bought to them.

So it can be any charity or organisation that you think is worthy of hopefully (fingers crossed if this works). help or attention brought to there cause.

There are many ways it which you can help big and small, it could be a simple as suggesting a charity or organisation or simply passing the word around or letting bloggers or other influencers know or it could doing a blog post on a certain charity or organisation.

My aim at the moment is just to get a group of people together to post about which ever charities or organisations there feel deserve the extra promotion. I was also thinking that maybe we could swap charities or organisations to keep the help coming as we all have different audience and readers.

I would also like to involve other influencers like I said before but not sure how to yet as I said it is only an idea yet

Hi Peeps,

How are you all today? I was wanted to tell you about this product that I have found recently well within the last couple of months and I have been loving.

So for some reason lately I have been suffering from some dry skin, which I don't normally suffer from. So I had nothing really in my house to help with this little problem I was having until. I popped to one of my closets Boots and bought my self some Garnier Ultimate Blends Body Intense  Repairer Lotion for dry and rough skin.








I have been using it daily and I started to see results very quickly, plus it is non greasy and non sticky which is fab! It is think though which I kind of like, as I find these types of lotions work better, but do take a few minutes or so to sink into your skin deeply, so it just doesn't moisturize the top layer of your skin but through all your skins layers.

It also worked a treat on my skin I would put some before and after pictures in this post, but to be honest with you I did not plan to do a blog post on it so didn't take any before pictures sorry guys and I can't turn back time (which would be so cool if I could). I will though try and remember for next to.

See I am learning as I am going, which is always a good thing and a key thing to blogging!

As you may or may not know I enjoy going for walks, whilst I am going on these walks I like to take photo's. So saying that I thought I would share I with you guys.

So I went for a little trip to Bradford- on-Avon with is a lovely old town about 20 minutes drive from Bath in England.

It is a place fully of nice country side and old buildings which all look beautiful and has it's own charm to them it really is a stunning place if you like going on walks then I highly recommend going there also there are lots of restaurants and cafe's or tea rooms there for you have something to eat or drink and enjoy.

Hi guys!!!

Well I thought I would give you a few tips (well 10 to be exactly). These days are lives are becoming more and more stressful for one reason or another and that can change from person to person and from time to time.

  • Exercise
Well exercise wont make your stress disappear, but it will help in reducing the emotional intensity and clear your thoughts and help you deal with your thoughts more calmly.

  • Be Positive
I know I talk about this a lot on my blog, but that is for a good reason it can help with a number of things and stress is one of them. Look at the things we are grateful for and the positive things in life, try concentrating on them more. Look at life in a more glass half full way then a glass half empty way.

  • Accept There Are Some Things You Can't Change
Some situations you just can't change never mind how much you want to. You are much better off spending your energy on the this that you can change and making a difference there. It will be a lot more productive in the end. Nobody likes to waste there time with something that won't change no matter what

  • Have Some 'Me Time'
In the UK we work the longest hours in Europe, this means that we often do not spend enough time doing the things that we enjoy doing. Lets face it we all need time to socialize, relax or exercise. It could be just a couple of nights a week you set aside for 'me time'.

  •  Listen To Soothing Music
Listening to certain kind of music can have a relaxing effect on your body. I would suggest maybe classical music or even nature sounds as these can be very relaxing to and just let your mind drift away. Nature sounds are used in relaxation and meditation music.

  • Laugh
It can be as simple as that to simply laugh can reduce your stress a little. It helps stimulate and release your natural stress response and relieves tension by relaxing your muscles plus in the long term laughter can  improve your immune system and mood. So laugh as much as you want enjoy being with people or laughing at anything you find remotely funny. It will have some really good benefits for you.

  • Light a Candle
I know this seems a bit of an odd one but get the right type of candle and it can work wonders. If you use a soothing candle one with a scent that is know to calm or relax you then you will find the benefits from it. Some such scents are lavender, sandalwood, rose and ylang ylang. Light one of those and let your stress float away or at least some of it. I love the lavender scented ones the best.

So there are 7 (hopefully helpful) tips on how to lessen your stress levels and I know you guys will have lots more ideas to share on how you all deal with stress so please feel free to share them I am sure someone will also find them useful.

I thought I would bring you a few ideas of what to do now the weather is getting warmer as it is now Spring. I do personally like Spring as it is when all the flowers start coming in to bloom or get planted and you see a lot of blossom on the trees and all the baby animals in fields it just wonderful.

So here are just some ideas I came up with , when I was daydreaming about this time of year and what to do and so forth.

  • Have a picnic - I personally love doing this and will do it when ever I can

  •  Go for a hike - It is a good way to see the changes Spring brings with it and a way to get exercise.

  • Go for a bike ride -good for the exercise and view

  • Go strawberry picking - This is fun and also you can eat what you pick yummy

  • .Go camping -have a mini break and go camping for a weekend or long weekend it's up to you

So there are some of my ideas for what to do in Spring I would absolutely love to know what you like doing in Spring or what your ideas are.

 I thought that we could all do with some help staying positive through out the day or the rest of the week or when ever.

So here are some tip, tricks and ideas that will help keep you on track or give you a little positivity in your life.

  • Have a Mental List of Awesomeness.
 Having a high self- esteem will help you to keep anxiety at bay , improve your relationships and friendships, and will encourage optimism. If you don't appreciate yourself enough or are feeling down, why not try making a mental list of all the awesome and amazing things you have done lately and you do not even have to be modest with!

 When you go over the awesome actions and choices you have made, Then you will better about yourself and soon you will feel as awesome as yo are! It's hard not to!

  • Reach out and Help Someone
We live in a society that encourages us to think of others before other and encourages egotism and become obsessed with ourselves, but if you really want to be happy then try helping others out.

It doesn't have to be anything big it can be something small and simple such as, helping someone carry some bags, calling your mum on the phone can make her whole week. Reaching something for someone who can't reach it .

Just doing something simple for someone else can make a big difference for them and can make you feel pretty awesome yourself and with an attitude like that it is hard to feel anything but positive.

  • Don't Make a Mountain out of a Molehill
It is really easy to make a mountain out of a molehill, which basically means making something small into something much bigger when it is not.

It is all to easy to look at something and think of a million reason why you shouldn't do something or why you can not do something. Why not switch that thinking around and think of a million reasons why you can do something and why you should do it?

To put some perspective on the situation then you can talk to someone else and they can tell you what they think and try to help you think of the positive things for what ever your situation is, you can do this with as many people as you want it all helps.

  • Start Your Day the Way you Mean to Continue
Start your day thinking something positive. This will help you to keep up the positive attitude and the positive thinking.

Take your mornings slowly don't try and rush things because this will get your mind thinking about all the stress and perceived loss of power will take over and before you know it the negative thoughts will pile up and take over. So have a nice uplifting chat with a friend or family member or read or listen to music or a podcast which ever of your choosing over breakfast or the journey in to school /work or wherever you go.

  • Find the Optimistic Viewpoint in a Negative Situation  
This is one of the most simplest ways to build up a more positive outlook on life in general. Sometimes when in a negative situation, it is good to ask yourself a question or 2 or so like:

  • What is one thing that could be a positive or good thing about this situation?
  • What opportunity could I get out of this situation?
This is so much better then looking at situations in a negative way. Which only makes things worse and makes things spiral downwards even faster then before . (I sometimes still catch myself doing this!).

I wouldn't do this straight away, I would allow myself some time to process my thoughts and feelings that I feel because of the situation that I am in. Trying to force yourself to think optimistically when still feeling emotional turmoil or a bit shocked, usually doesn't work well.

Hey there, Wonderful people of the world!


From time to time everyone feels down about something in there life. It is only normal and besides if you were always happy and everything good happened to you, then you would not appreciate the good things so much that happen and you would lose that feeling of happy and joy.

So here are a few things that I do to get myself feeling happy and back to feeling like me again.

  • Listen to music - I would suggest something upbeat and fun as you are trying to make yourself feel better not worse! So put your favourite upbeat songs on and dance and sing like no one is watching.

  • Get out and about -Go for a walk somewhere get some fresh air, go somewhere maybe invite some friends to go with you. This always makes me feel better. It's the simple things in life.

  • Plan to do Something- It doesn't really matter what it is, as long as you have something to look forward to in the future, it could be the end of the week or a couple of days time or end of the month or even something later the same day. Just go and do something this can also be a good time to catch up with your friends or family.

  • Make time for things that make you feel good - Again doesn't matter what it is just do something that makes you feel good, never mind how silly it is as long as it makes you feel good and doesn't hurt anyone else.

  • Most importantly THINK POSITIVLY!!!- This is one of the most important ones, so take it seriously! If you think positively then you feel better and happy and more relaxed and possibly more confident in yourself. Lets face it negative thoughts only bring you down and can be hard to get away from once you start heading down that path.

Let me know how you get yourself out of a funk and into a happy more positive mood. I would love to hear them. Remember say no to negative thoughts

I had a thought come to me and I thought it be a good conversation that would get people talking, but also show the difference in peoples options.

I was thinking how people give others so much negative attitudes or negative words because the way they look or their option of what is beautiful is different to someone else's does it really matter what someone else looks like as long as they are beautiful on the inside?

People all look different even identical twins there is some small way that you are able to tell them apart such as a birthmark or lighter hair in one place different to the other identical twin. Plus everyone has a different story on maybe why they are not deemed beautiful on the outside to some people for example, they have more important things to worry about such as health issues or they have children that they have to bring up and can't spend hours getting ready or the money to go and have there nails or hair done all the time or they were simply born that way.

Surely it is better to be beautiful on the inside then the outside? I would rather be beautiful on the inside then the outside. I don't know about anyone else to be feel free to share your option.



I feel better if I am nice to people and help them if I can because surely that is what everyone should be doing. There are far to many people out there that think of themselves first maybe that is the way they have had to be to survive or it is they way they have got to where they are in their career, there are probably many reason why people are where they are. Often karma will come and bit the people who are ugly on the inside on the bum hard!

Some people look at themselves and think they are ugly on the outside and maybe the inside because someone on else has made them feel that way. If it is someone who has a close relationship with you them they should love you for you and make you feel good about yourself and if they don't them they need kicking to the curb (easier said then done sometimes).

The other day I went for a little trip to Bath, mainly to have a walk about and a little explore of the beautiful city and to take some photos whilst I was there. I love going to this city It is so beautiful and full of history with plenty of this to see and many shops to look in and I often buy things when I am there.

Here are some of the pictures I took whist I was looking around Bath I hope you enjoy them.





 
 
 
It was a lovely warm day, which made it even better to for a walk and see the sites of Bath. It was so enjoyable and I was tempted to go on a boat trip along the river, but decided not to in the end. I did a boat trip there before and really enjoyed it. I also managed to do a bit of shopping whist I was there to which is always a bit of a bonus. 
 
 
After I came back from Bath I walked down to my local pub and had a drink. I was hoping to catch the last bit of the sun so I could sit out side and enjoy the view and relax also I find it really nice just to be outside it makes me happier if I can be outside it don't have to be for long just get a bit of fresh air is good for me. I enjoy this more when it is Spring or Summer time but Autumn is not bad for it either. By the time I did get to the pub the sun had gone and it was colder out to cold it sit outside in the pub garden, which I had planned to do 😢. It was still nice to go there and it was quite inside which wasn't a bad thing.
 
 
Over all I had a really nice day. Which was the aim of it and to et some photos as I do enjoy taking photos when I am out and about.

It is perfectly normal  to have an day or two where you feel rubbish and just want to hibernate and grab a blanket and lie out on the sofa and do nothing but watch box sets or movies. As sometimes you just need to give yourself a minute to get back on track.

Everyone has those days where they just feel off not there normal self or bad about them self and don't feel like doing anything. This is perfectly normal as long as it don't last to long then there is nothing wrong with feeling like this.

Some good ideas to do when you feel like this or I find help are:
  • Invite friends round to watch movies or box sets with, that way you have people to talk to and laugh with to get you out of this funk.

  • Have slumber/sleepover with friends and put some music on and dance around like no one is looking sometimes being crazy and letting loose is all it takes to get back to normal.

  • Have a pamper day nothing better then treating your self to a good pamper to get you back to your fabulous self again.


So grab the blanket and your chosen box set or movie of your choice and do what you have to do to make yourself feel better. Take the time to get your mojo back

I very much believe I have lost my body confidence

I would love to say I am happy with my body or at least like the way my body is, like I once did.

Some how I have lost it and I very much want to get it back (which I know is not going to be easy). I feel fat, ugly ,unattractive, gross and looking at myself in the mirror is hard to do, which it shouldn't be we should feel happy when we look in the mirror.

I believe that we all feel like this at times, at it is normal after all we are only human and sometimes we fall off the wagon and then get back on.

Never mind how much people tell you, that you look good or that you are beautiful. It just does not help with all their good intentions for some reason or other it just does not help.

If his is the case then maybe it is more to do with being happy within yourself about your body and you do not have to really skinny to be happy maybe being happy about your body or to like it, as long as you are comfortable in your own skin and are healthy then why should it matter what other people think no one is perfect and nobody's body is perfect everyone has things they do not like about there body plus everyone's option is slightly different.



It becomes a problem when you become uncomfortable or unhealthy due to being over weight or under weight.

So unless you are one of those then learn to except your body for it's uniqueness and if you do feel uncomfortable or are unhealthy then seek help and make a change even a few small steps can make a change and if you struggle with body image or body confident or have food issues or weight issues then please tell someone or/and seek help it is out there if you need it.

Hi Everyone

How are you all today?

Like most people I have come to the conclusion that life it to short to over worry and sweat the small stuff. There are plenty of things out there to worry about and get stressed about, with out the small stuff adding to it.

It is just a case of knowing what the small stuff is and is it worth worrying about and that is a thing you have to decide as different things have different importance to different people and people live different lives. So you have to work this one out on your own (sorry)

The feeling you get when you say stuff it, it's not important enough to worry or stress about, makes you feel so much more relaxed and less stressed and you get such a good feeling in side yourself and makes it worth it and frees up you mind more.

It can be a case of discovering yourself and what really matters to you deep down in are you the type who wants a big career and everything else that comes with it or is family more important to you? It really makes you think about your life and what matters the most to you as a human being.

So go out there do what you want to do, be who you want to be, like what you like and don't listened to people who don't like you make yourself happy .

Today I am going to have a little chat about bullying as most people, have either seen it, done it or have had it done to then in one way or another.

Personally I hate it with a capital H . Bullying is a terrible, horrible thing to inflicted on another human being. Which is normally caused by unlinking issues with the bully or bullies.

Types of Bullying
 There are a few types of bullying out there , it is not all face to face anymore and it can happen to anyone from any race, background, boy or girl , man or women. It can happen anywhere to with modern technology you can be anywhere any place and it can happen. (This is on of the draw backs of social media and smart phones).

  • Camera Bullying

  •  Email  Bullying

  • Chat Room Bullying

  • Bullying Blogs

  • Phone Bullying

  • School or work Bullying    


If you want me to go more in depth with these types or other types of bullying then just let me know and I will try my best to do so.

There should be in any school or college, work place etc, a non- bullying policy that should be in place.
 
You should always go to someone in charge if you or anyone you know are getting bullied and report it as this does not happen enough and then there can be something done about it to put an end to it.
 
There is always a reason behind why someone bullies and it is never the person that is getting bullied fault NEVER

Hi All

Here are a few little things I wanted to say hope you don't mind.

  • It's Okay to be different to everyone else (because the world would be a boring place if we were all the same)

  • It's Okay to be a little bigger if it's healthy (It's your body not anyone else's)

  • Its Okay not to like things everyone else seems to like

  • It's Okay to be yourself (because you are beautiful and are the best version of you)

  • It's Okay to want to be accepted by people (Most people actually want this to you have to find where you belong)

  • It's Okay not to want to wear make up all the time (you are beautiful without it and your letting you skin breathe)

  • It's Okay to worry about things (It's heathy and everyone does it even if it don't look like it).

  • It's Okay to sometimes burst out crying (keeping it bottled up will be worse for you).

Well Hello There Everyone (waves)



Hope you have all had a good holiday season and a Happy Christmas or what ever else you celebrate

This is a very busy time for everyone, visiting family trying to seeing everyone, getting this organised  etc. I am sure you get the point.

Anyway for myself it is a time of year so show the people that are important to you, that you appreciate them and that to spend time with close friends , family and loved ones. Making lots of good memories and sharing a few old ones and being thankful for what we do have.



As it is now 2017 I hope everyone has had a good new year and 2017 will be full of happiness and good times.

I was wondering does anyone actually sick to their new years resolutions all year round or do they break them or decide not to carry on with them with in a couple of weeks or months? Is it all the hype of a new year a fresh start or the fact that anything can happen?

I personally try not to make any and take the time to think if I am actually dedicated to what ever it is I want to change and is it something I actually want to do or just something I choose as I feel I have to because of the time of year it is.

I would love to know what you think of this and if you have made any new years resolutions
