I have come across a lot of ways to deal with stress and use some myself. I such a society where people are always on the go and have a lot of things going on at once and the pressures of doing well and succeeding in life, which can lead to unwanted stress

It  thought it a good idea to share some of these tips with you as it is good to share things with each other and learn new things so here we go.
  1. Breathe - Take your time to breath each day. It calms the nervous system down and creates chemicals in your body, that tells your body that everything is ok.
  2. Open up to a friend - Opening up even if you are a bit nervous about it can be a good thing! Telling someone can make you feel better and that a weight has been lifted and can help turn your perspective around or make you calmer.
  3. Pamper your skin- A lot of the time lack of sleep, sickness or stress can show up . So taking your make-up off , washing your face, putting a face mask on, then relaxing with some TV, Netflix, DVD, listening to some music or podcast , reading a book , depending on what you enjoy doing,  then washing off the face mask and moisturise can make you feel more relaxed.
  4. Prayer- (This is of course optional and up to you if you choose to do this if you are not interested then skip ahead) It takes work and focus like a lot of things in life but you may feel a lot calmer from this.
  5. Reflect and Prioritize -It is important to stop and think about how you are living your life. Time flies by and the lack of doing this could be what is causing your stress in the first place. You could also miss out on something important if you do not prioritize it.
  6. Get outside - Even if it is only for a walk and a stretching this can help to clear your head and make you think more clearly. It can also remind you how great life it shelf is. Doing this always makes me smile and feel better about whatever I am worried or stressed about.
