Hey You Guys

Now that the weather is starting to get a bit colder and the sun coming up later and the sun going down later, which I personally hate! I thought it about time I thought about some of the things I actually like about this season, as soon it will be even colder and darker for longer which sucks even more grrrr.

Any how here are a list of some of the things I do enjoy and gives me that warm fuzzy feeling inside:
  • Snuggling up in front of the fire (if you have one)
  • Finally finding it appropriate to drink hot drinks again like selected teas and coffees (I'm fussy about them) or my favourite still hot chocolate
  • Reading books in front the fire all snuggled up
  • The changes in colours (in about everything)
  • Putting candles on (I absolutely love candles)
  • All the Winter/Autumn favours or scents coming out in shops

so there you have it some of thing I enjoy and make me happy basically anything that includes being snuggled up in a blanket and being in front a fire (not necessarily a live or a gas or electric one will do fine). I love candles more so in this time of year (unless in the summer outside in the garden) I freaking Love candles!

Please share some of your favourite things in Autumn that make you happy
Happy Autumn

Hey Readers! how's it going?

So today October the 10th is world mental health day and I though I would take the time to help raise awareness of it and try to do my part in tackling the stigma of mental health.

I expect we all know someone who suffers from a mental illness they come in many forms and don't always have physical signs that can be seen. Which makes it difficult for some people to see the mental illness or think someone is simply attention seeking, when in fact they have no control over it and can be a daily battle to do the simplest of tasks. Mental illness can also lead to physical health.

I think It well about time that we get properly educated of the facts and what it is like to have a mental health issue, what ever that may be. It should be taught in schools and colleges even universities so that we tackle the issue at every level and even have a support groups somewhere people with a mental health issue can feel they are safe and able to talk about their particular mental illness and where they can get the support they need also they can see they are not on their on with having a mental illness as sometimes it can feel like that especially when it seems like no one else has the same troubles you do and they can just get on with their lives battles free.

Thanks for reading

Hi There Everyone (waves at you all)

So how many of us are really happy being our unique selves as no two people are 100% the same, they maybe very similar but not exactly the same!

It seems like a lot of the time the media wants us to fight with our selves with something that 1. we have no control over and 2. we have literally no way of making everyone let alone two people the exact same as each other.

It can sometimes feel like there are people such as the media or some person or persons closer to you that want you to be like most people and if you are not then they can be quite cruel to you in an attempt to be in there group of people.

Which if you are happy with the you being your lovely wonderful unique self then you more then likely you will see past there games and find that you have more to offer being unique, plus I find it better and more interesting to be unique and different to everyone else.

Life would be very boring if we were all the same imagine billions of you walking in male and female form.

I find life a lot more exciting with everyone being different in big ways or just the small ways that some people my not notice. As variety is the spice of life after all and they don't say that for the good of their health now do they.

Why does it matter if you are different to other people as long as you are happy and healthy who else should and does care. I really does not matter as long as your happy and health, plus if everyone was like you, then half the stuff that has been invented, made or developed would not of happened now that would be a shame.

Best wishes

Hi there everyone and every body! (see what I did there!)

Today I am going to say my take on the whole body image thing that seems to keep going around This will be strictly my option and my take on the whole issue. Feel 100% free to leave your options, comments or whatever in the comment section I look forward to reading them.

To put it simply I believe as long as you are happy and are healthy then what does it matter what other people think of your body it is not their body to worry about maybe they should go back and worry about themselves rather then worry about someone else. Don't get me wrong it is nice that they care about you and the way you look, but surely if your happy with it and are healthy then what is the problem? seriously.

Myself I like the fact that I have scars. I'm not ashamed of them (to be honest half the time I don't even think about them.) they remind me of what I have been through and how strong I can be plus there are a lot more important thing I have to think of  such as paying bills! They also tell the story of my life they are unique to me as I have more then one, but even if I did have only one no two scars are the same and the meaning of that scar could be two completely different things.

I guess I look at them in a positive way they are part of me part of who I am they are nothing to be ashamed of rather more in my mind something to be proud of and what if they make an appearance once in a while who cares no one should.

Nobody's bodies are exactly the same never mind how much you wish for it your body I never going to be the same as someone else's and the media certainly does not help with the whole body image issues you just have to find the beauty of yourself and except who you are and what you looks like. It won't be easy and it won't be quick it will take some time and soul searching, but it will be 100% worth it in the end .

and love your body
