Hi Guys

I read this sentence Life is an adventure. Which I actually agree with this the more I think about the more I agree with it, because if you are not trying to develop and improve yourself then not doing anything and staying the same, so there is not adventure to have life stays the same and there is no adventure.

Every little change in your life can be classed as an adventure. Like everyone or most people you are on your adventure of life, constantly trying to improve ourselves trying to make ourselves the very best we can be and that can be different for every person.

Each of us have our own stories and adventures to tell and share and may more to have in the future this is just the beginning not the end of life's journey and it should be a fun and exciting one.

Best wishes

Hi guys I thought I would share some that is real and honest with you and I have/had any plan how to write this, I have literally put pen to paper so say. which in itself is a bit scary as you never know quite what you are going to get, or if everything is spelt right or the grammar is correct, so please for give me for that .

Any way Is it just me or do you find really good quotes or meanings from kind of songs people either put there nose up to today and do not admit listening to, not even once and make fun of, that they do.
sometimes actually have good life lessons in then and can inspire people.

People get different things out of different songs and different genres of music. Nearly everybody enjoys or listens to music and there are many different reasons for it some people find it relaxing or calming or it makes them happy, some people even find certain songs speak to them and help them with what they are dealing with in there own life as many songs are written though life experiences of the song writer.

Myself personally I listen and enjoy music because it makes me feel happy, inspired , and certain music makes me feel relaxed. I listen to a wide range of music and it all depends on the song , even sometimes the memories it holds in the song good or bad. It is all part of my life and part of what makes me, well me. and that is a pretty special thing which makes music in my mind a pretty special and important thing .

Here is a list of some songs I think have some words of meaning or inspiration even if it is only a line

  1. S Club 7 - Bring it all back
  2. Christina Aguilera - Beautiful
  3. Alicia Keys - Superwomen (Obviously if you are a women)
  4. Katy Perry - Firework
  5. Katy Perry - Part of me
  6. Jessie J - Who's Laughing Now
  7. Mariah Carey - Hero
  8. Eminem - Lose Yourself
  9. Christa Aguilera - Fighter
  10. Jewel -Stronger Women (Again this is for a women/female)
May I just add these are in no particular order. They were just a 10 songs I could think of and have had meaning at some point to me in my life. I know there are many more but I did not want to make to big a list and bore everyone.

Please leave a comment and say what your songs/song that has meaning to you or has inspired you. I would be more then happy to hear them.

Thanks for reading
Best wishes

Hi Guys and Girls!

I have been thinking about how little people do not understand what mental health is and what comes under mental heath, or how to deal with it and how people think it is a bad thing, that these people are to be avoided or looked at in a different way. Instead of helping them in any way they can.

Life is NEVER easy but for people with a mental health issue, it can be even harder for them and doing day to day things, that most of us take for granted can be near impossible for people with mental health issues.

So I thought if you started to teach children from a certain age when they are old enough to understand such a topic then maybe as they grow older there will be less of a stigma against mental health and people will understand  what mental health is and be able to deal with it or help someone to deal with it. Another bonus to this would be that young people will be able to get the help from support groups or other organisations that are trained and able to deal with such issues.

The younger it is possible to teach children/young adults about mental health the more accepting and understanding they will become. Of course you will have to have a teacher or someone that is educated in this matter to teach it .

(Sorry if this post is not that amazing and lacks my normal sparkle but it is getting late here and I am feeling a tiny bit tired and the picture at the top was taken by me about a year ago).
