Well for the last few weeks or maybe longer I have been bottling up my feelings and emotions. Which is never a good thing in the first place as it never sorts out the problem the problem only gets bigger anyway all this bottling up lead to a MASSIVE crying emotional out burst, which did actually make me feel better after I spoke about the things I believed were making feel like this.

For me talking about my problems to someone helps me to realise that I am not the only person that feels like this sometimes, as I tend to think that I shouldn't feel like this and I'm being stupid or silly as people at my age don't seem to feel like this, but the opposite is true everyone gets over whelmed or feel out of there depth at times.

Plus If you ignore the problem or don't sort it out it only gets worse and can lead to disasters and things get blown way out of proportion!

If you have a bigger problem and find you need support or someone who does not know and won't judge you there are many  different support groups or organisations that you can get in touch with you can start by googling the type of support you are looking for or the type of support group you are wanting should find you loads of different support just remember you are never alone. You could even go to counselling, if you feel that would help.

I am very lucky I have great people around me, who are very supportive and I think this is very important thing to have is people supporting you when you are finding it hard to do this yourself.

Best Wishes
Stacey
