Hi there everyone and every body! (see what I did there!)

Today I am going to say my take on the whole body image thing that seems to keep going around This will be strictly my option and my take on the whole issue. Feel 100% free to leave your options, comments or whatever in the comment section I look forward to reading them.

To put it simply I believe as long as you are happy and are healthy then what does it matter what other people think of your body it is not their body to worry about maybe they should go back and worry about themselves rather then worry about someone else. Don't get me wrong it is nice that they care about you and the way you look, but surely if your happy with it and are healthy then what is the problem? seriously.

Myself I like the fact that I have scars. I'm not ashamed of them (to be honest half the time I don't even think about them.) they remind me of what I have been through and how strong I can be plus there are a lot more important thing I have to think of  such as paying bills! They also tell the story of my life they are unique to me as I have more then one, but even if I did have only one no two scars are the same and the meaning of that scar could be two completely different things.

I guess I look at them in a positive way they are part of me part of who I am they are nothing to be ashamed of rather more in my mind something to be proud of and what if they make an appearance once in a while who cares no one should.

Nobody's bodies are exactly the same never mind how much you wish for it your body I never going to be the same as someone else's and the media certainly does not help with the whole body image issues you just have to find the beauty of yourself and except who you are and what you looks like. It won't be easy and it won't be quick it will take some time and soul searching, but it will be 100% worth it in the end .

Hi Everyone

I have recently been thing been thinking about what is actually good for you or I or people in general with some many different and opposite so called facts or do we just listen to what people tell us and make out it's all true and what they say are right? As there are a lot of people out there, like that.

So I was watching this very interesting documentary on clean eating and if it was actually doing us. A added bonus to this was that Gracie Victory was presenting the documentary and if you do not know who she is then where have you been? She is a YouTuber who makes videos from anything from beauty and fashion to body image and mental illness. I personally love her work on mental illness and body image all her videos on the subjects. I have been following her on YouTube for many many years now.

Like me and a lot o girls/women out there she is not Skinny she has real curves and she has/had her own body issues, which I for one have struggled with for many years now, but she say's sod it to trying to be perfect and see's the beauty in her own body and encourages others to find the beauty in their body and I think she is a really inspiration and a role model.

Anyway, I got a bit off track there, so I learnt a lot for this documentary, more about not to do any of these fad diets and that clean eating is more or less not doing you any good. You may lose weight thought it, but at what cost to your body, it can seriously mess your body up. I f done for a while some can sometimes tell the effects after a few days or weeks, depending on what your diet was like before. The best kind of eating is a balanced diet making sure your body gets all it needs to function properly and at the end of the day that is the most important thing any way. Who really cares if someone doesn't think your body is perfect? I bet if you looked under the hood their body would not be perfect either!

Hi There My Beauties

I had a thought today just a simple little thought and that then turned into a some great big spider monster thing with many legs to say the least, and my conclusion to this that was that no one is 100% happy with all of there body when you really think about it, I expect that if you go and ask someone or a group of people not one of them will say that they are a 100% happy with their body. They will all have at least one thing they do not like.

Some people decide to spends hundreds and thousands maybe millions on changing those things they do not like with the likes of plastic surgery or things like that to take away the things that they do not like and sometimes come of worse for it, as it can never be guaranteed and go terribly wrong or not look the way you thought it would.

Others choose to hide the parts of themselves they do not like if it covering with something, like clothes, with make-up, or Photoshop. People get very creative in the ways that they try to hide the parts they don't like about themselves. You have to remember though that the things that you don't like about you someone else will and that no one is ever perfect and everyone has a different opinion of beauty otherwise we would all be attracted to the same people right.

Personally I have come to love my scars I have it is my story written on me and it can be a good conversation starter. A lot of people dislike there scars thinking they are ugly or what not, but I think they are something to be proud of they show that I am a survivor and that I am strong, a fighter and I believe that on it's own is enough to make me like my scars plus I have some that look like I had wings and they are now gone, so it is like I'm angel sent from the sky (or so I like to think). I think that is a pretty nice way to think about it.
